conduct business, manage, distribute and communicate information.

 

The Tohono O’odham Ki:Ki Association (TOKA) is a tribal entity of the Tohono

O’odham Nation. Pursuant to the Tohono O’odham Code, Title 13, Section 1103,

TOKA is required to provide Indian Preference in employment to qualified Indians

who are a member of a federally recognized tribe. An applicant claiming Indian

Preference must submit a copy of tribal enrollment card or Certificate of Indian

Blood (FORM BIA – 4432). First preference will be provided to local Indians and

second preference will be provided to non-local Indians. When it is determined that

there are no qualified Indian applicants, non-Indian applicants may be considered.
